Before you write
Some answers are already written down, and you will get them faster: the FAQ, what we do and do not store on the privacy page, how the system is built on the security page, and what things cost on pricing. If something looks broken, the status page checks Hush live from your own browser.
Cancelling
You do not need to write to us to cancel. Sign in and cancel it yourself from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
