Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective from 17 April 2026 · Applies to all users of the Hush AI service.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with the Hush AI service. It exists to protect you, other users, and Hush AI. It supplements our Terms of Service.

You may use Hush AI for any lawful professional purpose consistent with your organisation's policies and applicable regulations. You must not use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that could damage or impair the Service for others.

If you use Hush AI in a regulated profession (healthcare, legal, financial services, etc.), you remain fully responsible for compliance with your professional regulatory body's standards. AI outputs must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified professional before being used in any professional capacity.

Hush AI does not monitor the content of prompts or responses (we do not store them). We do monitor usage metadata (request counts, token volumes, access patterns) for security, billing, and abuse-prevention purposes.

We may update this AUP. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance to registered account holders.

Hush AI is a drafting and summarisation assistant. It is not a source of medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify AI-generated outputs before acting on them.
