What could AI drafting save your practice?

Your own numbers, worked out in your browser — no email, no tracking. Built to be conservative: it subtracts the time to review each draft, because a clinician still has to check the output.

GPs, nurses, managers — anyone who writes documents.
Referral letters, complaint responses, leaflets, policies.
Time to write from scratch minus time to write with a draft.
Subtracted, honestly — the draft must be checked.
A locum hour is roughly £100; use your own figure.
Compare against:
documents / month
net hours saved / month
time value / month
How this is worked out, in the open: net hours = (staff × documents/week × 4.33 weeks × minutes saved per document) minus review time per document, divided by 60. Time value = net hours × your hourly figure. We subtract review time on purpose so the number isn't inflated, and we floor it at zero rather than ever show a negative. This is an estimate from your inputs, not a promise — your real result depends on your workflow. It counts only drafting time, not quality, stress, or the value of leaving on time.
